Electroplating Steps
1.Polish items requiring plating with a cloth wheel and sander(not included).
2.Clean items to be plated with an ultrasonic cleaner(not included) with dewaxed water (heated).
3.Polishing with a polishing machine(not included).
4.Then use a steam cleaner(not included) to clean it.
5.Electrolysis and electroplating procedures are completed.
Silver Plating Method
Positive (+): titanium mesh
Negative (-): clip jewelry
1: Follow the electrolytic cleaning salt procedure to clean first.
2: After electrolysis, 3 beakers (not included) cleanings are required.
3: 0.12 lbs of silver salt, 54% 500cc distilled water(not included).
Temperature: 104°F, Voltage: 3V
The electroplated items need to be shaken, the recommended electroplating time is: 3-5 seconds.
Gold Plating Method (14K. 18K. 24K)
Temperature: 158-176°F
