Easy to use: Just insert the barbell into the upper part of this landmine attachment and put the other end of it into the weight plates you need.

Special swivel design: The part which holds the barbell can swivel 180°up and down. The part which inserts the weight plates can swivel 360°that provide a multi-directional workouts for the users to develop the back and shoulder muscles.
