Recommended Dent Repair Tools Based on the Extent of Damage
1. For dents with a diameter/length less than 8 cm (3 inches) and a depth within 2 cm (0.8 inches)
Use dent bridge/ dent lifter tool to repair these dents. These tools are suitable for smaller, shallow dents
2. For dents larger than 8 cm (3 inches)
If the dent exceeds the 8 cm size limit, use a reverse hammer. These tools are designed for larger dents but may require more skill. It's advisable to watch tutorial videos before using to ensure proper use.
3. For sharp dents or paint-damaged areas (as seen in image 5)
In cases of sharp dents or where the paint is damaged, such as in the example with the red "X," it's best to seek professional repair services. These areas may need repainting to fully restore the vehicle’s surface.
