Functions
Motor Short Circuit Protection: Automatically cuts power to motor when short circuit is detected, with LED flashing alert. Immediately disconnect battery for troubleshooting.
MOSFET Overheat Protection: Activates when MOSFET overheats - gearbox won't fire when triggered, motor emits one "Beep!", system resumes after cooling.
Battery Over-discharge Protection: Auto-detects cell count, default cutoff 3.2V/cell. When triggered, motor emits "Beep! Beep! Beep! Beep!" then enters sleep mode. Replace/charge battery promptly.
Gear Block-up Protection: Cuts motor power and emits elongated "Beep~" during gearbox jams. Immediately disconnect battery and inspect gearbox/gears.
Auto-Loading: When magazine is inserted, the system automatically powers the magazine motor to run independently for few seconds, achieving auto-loading to prevent dry fire on first shot. Loading duration can be set via Programming Option 9.
Active Braking: Utilizes excess energy from the motor to stop inertial rotation, promptly halting the piston and eliminating gear over-rotation. Prevents semi-auto becoming full-auto issues. Most effective with high-torque motors.
Multiple Fire Modes: Semi-auto/Full-auto/Burst/Binary-trigger/Sniper Delay. Program fire modes for each selector position through programming mode.
Pre-cocking: Only active in semi-auto mode. Delays motor braking to stop piston near rear position, pre-compressing spring. On next shot, gears only need minimal rotation to release piston, significantly improving trigger response.
Adjustable ROF: In full-auto mode, adds delay between cycles to control motor speed, achieving adjustable rate of fire.
Firing Modes
Semi-Auto:Programmable for standard semi-auto, binary trigger, or 3-6 round burst. Default: standard semi-auto.
Full-Auto:Programmable for full-auto, 3-round burst, or 4-6 round burst. Default: full-auto.
Binary Trigger: Gearbox fires once on trigger pull and again on release.
Sniper Delay: Simulates bolt-action rifle cycling. Requires waiting period between shots before system responds to trigger.
Selector Type: G36 and AK47 replicas may have reversed semi/full-auto order. Use this setting to match your replica's configuration.
