A1: please kindly adjust the focus distance, if it’s the near focus:the endoscope the best Observation is 3-10 cm, iwhen you Observation please do not move the lens and this endoscope with 8 LED lights, when you used area is dark, please adjust the led lights to the max! and please kindly noted this is focus product, and please kindly adjust the Observation distance,then the picture will be much clear!
Q2: Why working 1-2 mintues have been freeze picture?
A2: Please kindly checked the connected USB port, and make more tight, usb port loose will casue freeze picture, now we have been fixed this problem, just please do not worry!
Q3: does this endoscope can used on water?
A3: Our product has the function of IP67 waterproof rating, and can work easily under water for 4-5 minutes, but this is water at normal temperature.
