Register Description

All registers are located in the non-volatile holding register area of the Modbus protocol. Each register contains a 16-bit number. Some functions of the module are represented in 32-bit format; for example, the real-time weight register is represented as a 32-bit signed value. A 32-bit value uses two adjacent registers combined into a 32-bit number, where the lower-address register is the low word of the 32-bit number. When programming the host, pay attention to the configuration of high and low words; otherwise the numbers read will be incorrect. All 32-bit registers must be read and written as 32-bit signed values. Although sometimes reading only the low word of a 32-bit register (in 16-bit mode) may display correctly, this often causes abnormal display for negative or large numbers.
