Application

The rebar cutter hydraulic-driven is ideal for making roll cages, frames, furniture, and other rebar works, widely used in construction, electricity, transportation, oil, fire protection, construction site, traffic etc. It can cut screw thread steel, round steel, low carbon steel and medium carbon steel.

Notes

1. It can't cut anchor chain, U-shaped lock, high hardness round steel, alloy with unknown composition, flat iron and stainless steel.

2. When using it, align the upper and lower cutter heads with the straight line of the blade, put the rebar in the middle of the knife, close the oil return switch in a clockwise direction, repeatedly pull the movable handle until the rebar is cut off, then release the oil return switch to reset the upper and lower cutter heads, and finally the operation is completed.

3. This product is strictly forbidden to be used under empty pressure and must be used in the presence of objects.

4. Please make sure that the cutting range of this product meets the material you want to cut before buying.

5. Please read the instructions in the package carefully before use, and pay special attention to the matters needing attention.

6. Tools should be maintained by personnel, and should not be disassembled arbitrarily, not knocking collision. When disassembling, attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the site. After using the product for a long time, the oil quantity will be reduced. You should spin off the fixed handle, pull out the oil plug at the end of the oil bag and loosen the oil return switch after the oil is filled. Toggle the active handle empty pressure repeatedly several times, so that all the air in the oil pipe out, and then the oil plug plug tight and screwed on the fixed handle.
