Installation Method
The ZKJ-3 model features a tabletop structure. After unpacking and inventory verification, connect the power supply and follow the operating procedure steps.
III. Usage Instructions
1. Connect to power supply.
2. Pre-mix materials in the mixing tank to a paste consistency. Align the mixing tank with the mixing sleeve base, gently push it into the slot, hold the mixing cylinder, tighten the vent needle valve, press the + vacuum switch and mixing switch. The unit will operate in vacuum mixing mode. Release your hand; mixing duration is adjustable.
3. After mixing, turn off the power switch. Hold the mixing tank, loosen the vent needle valve, and remove it. 4. To activate vibration, adjust the amplitude knob as needed. IV. Precautions
1. Thoroughly read the instruction manual before using any mixer model to understand operating procedures and precautions, preventing unnecessary damage.
2. Never operate the vacuum pump without a load to avoid shortening its service life.
3. For any malfunctions, seek repair from experienced professionals.
5. Avoid filling the mixing tank with embedding material beyond 2/3 of its capacity to prevent material from being sucked into the air pathway and causing blockages.
