4 Ways TPMS Relearn

This function can guide you to write the newly programmed sensor IDs into the vehicle ECU for sensor recognition. Autel scanner MK900-TS provides more than 3000 relearn procedures for various vehicles. Relearn only needs to be performed when the newly programmed sensor IDs are different from the original sensor IDs that were stored within TPMS ECU.

There are four ways for relearn: 🔶OBD Relearn, 🔶Automatic Relearn, 🔶Stationary Relearn, and 🔶Copy Relearn. The first three are relearn methods for new sensor ID, whilethe Copy Relearn is a method to clone the sensor ID.

2 ways to program Autel MX-Sensor

1. Copy by OBD: By using this function, the tablet will program the sensor IDs retrieved from the ECU ofthe test vehicle to the new MX-Sensors.

2. Auto Create 1-20 Sensors: The Auto Create 1-20 Sensors function is used to automatically create a random sensorID to program a new MX-Sensor.

Five Methods For Vehicle Identification

The MaxiCOM MK900-TS diagnostics tool supports five methods for vehicle identification

1. Auto Detect: Auto Detect functionto identify vehicles and scan all the diagnosable ECUs and run diagnostics on theselected system.

2. Manual Input: For vehicles not supporting the Auto Detect function, you may manually enter the VIN.

3. Scan VIN/License: supports Scan VIN/License function. Enabling thisfunction will automatically turn on the camera. With the help of the camera system, thevehicle's VIN or license number can be easily recognized.

5. Manual Selection: When the VIN is not automatically retrievable through the vehicle's ECU, or when theVIN is unknown, you can select the vehicle manually.
