Feature:
This laser-cut aluminum bracket is designed to fit most 4X6 LED headlights with a rectangular bolt pattern on the back of the light.
Product Includes required hardware to connect the bracket to the stock DRZ Mount points, wide range of aim adjustment to accommodate different headlight styles.
Aluminum bracket and open design help ensure plenty of airflow reaches the LED driver heat-sinks. Headlight Mounts made easy!
Fitment:
For Suzuki DRZ-400 all models which use a sealed 4X6 headlight
For Suzuki DR 650 and other motorcycles which use a sealed 4X6 headlight
Installation method:
simply remove the headlight cowl, and the 4 bolts (2 on each side) that retain the stock DRZ400 headlight mount, save these bolts and re-use to attach the Fords Fabrications headlight bracket, inserting the lower bolts into the threaded inserts in the Fords Fabrications Bracket, the upper bolts set the headlight aim: a centered position is a recommended starting point to aim the headlight by pitching it forward or backward in the slotted top hole, and securing the upper locknut with flat washer on the backside of the bracket flange.
