Features: M35 cobalt containing ladder drill (HSS Co) is mainly used for drilling wooden boards, aluminum plates, thin steel plates, etc., meeting the tasks that many customers cannot complete with ordinary HSS4241 ladder drills. M35 ladder drill is used for drilling stainless steel plates.
The following points need to be noted
When drilling stainless steel holes, hand drills and table drills can be used. Hand drills can be used to drill plates within 1mm, and bench drills can be used to drill plates between 2-3mm.
When drilling stainless steel, the speed should not be too fast, only a few hundred revolutions is enough.
It is best to use water injection or cutting fluid cooling during the machining process, which can effectively extend the service life of the drill bit.
