A: The CANBUS module is not mandatory. It acts as a connector between the head unit and vehicle system. It enables display of vehicle data such as door status, as well as steering wheel control, rear camera view and original amplifier functions.

Q: Does it support original / external microphones?
A: The radio has a built-in microphone. No adapter for the original mic is included.
You can connect an external microphone via the 3.5mm mic jack, but an RCA‑to‑3.5mm adapter cable is required for the connection.
*Note: The 4G version includes this RCA‑to‑3.5mm adapter cable. The V1 2+64GB and 4+64GB versions also come with a free external microphone.*
