Robin Nano error type
Err1: The hot bed exceeds the maximum temperature limit, please check if the thermal interface is short circuited
Err2: The nozzle exceeds the maximum temperature limit, please check if the thermal interface is short circuited
Err3: The hot bed exceeds the minimum temperature limit, please check if the thermal interface is disconnected
Err4: The nozzle exceeds the minimum temperature limit, please check if the thermal interface is disconnected
Err5: If the nozzle heating fails and the nozzle does not reach the set temperature difference within the set time, an error will be reported; Please check the configuration file settings or check if the power supply is sufficient
Err6: Heating of the hot bed fails. If the hot bed reaches the set temperature difference within the set time, an error will be reported; Please check the configuration file settings or check if the power supply is sufficient
Err7: Thermal runaway; When the temperature rises to the target temperature and the current temperature exceeds the set temperature within the set time, an error will be reported; Please check if the thermal sensitivity is normal or check if the PID value is appropriate.

1. Question: How to check if the firmware or configuration file has been successfully updated
Answer: After entering the normal interface on the screen, you can exit the SD card and check the files in the card to see if the original txt or bin format has changed to another format. Changing to another format indicates successful update, while vice versa indicates failed update.
2. Question: If multiple attempts fail to update successfully, the solution is
Answer: It may be a file transfer issue with the SD card. It is recommended to format the card (fat) or try replacing it with another card.
3. Question: After the motherboard is powered on and turned on, an error message appears in the upper right corner of the screen (Robin series motherboards with touch screens)
Answer: Check if the extrusion head on the motherboard and the thermal connector of the heating bed (which requires the use of heating equipment) are connected.
4. Question: After the motherboard is powered on, jog the xyz motor. The motor only moves in one direction and cannot be reversed.
Answer: Generally, after powering on, perform the reset operation first, and then proceed with the operation.
5. Question: It can be jogged normally, but the printer does not respond after clicking "return to zero", or the motor finger shakes and stops.
Answer: The type settings of the limit switch are opposite (normally open type and normally closed type), and it can be changed to the opposite type in the configuration file (refer to the motherboard manual for details).
