How to choose the specifications of spot drill？
For Example: Machining a 5mm hole (d1), you can choose a 6mm*90° spot drill (d2).
This way the hole will not be deflected and get a 0.5mm*90° chamfer.
Before using the tool，please measure the accuracy tolerance of the tool，if the tool accuracy exceeds 0.01mm，please correct it before cutting.
The shorter the tool protrudes from the collect,the better.If the tool protrudes longer,it is necessary to reduce the speed,feed rate or cutting volume。
If producing abnormal vibration or sound during cutting,reducing the speed and cutting amount until the situation improves.
The best way to the steel cooling is spray jet and air jet,which can improve the use of milling cutters.
