WCH network RS232 serial port transparent transmission module (WCHNST21), through the network to RS232 serial port, can realize the two-way transparent transmission of network data and serial port data, with TCPCLIENT, TCP SERVER, UDP SERVER, UDP CLIENT four modes of operation. Serial port baud rate can support up to 230400bps, can be easily configured through the upper computer software, convenient and fast.

TCP CLIENT mode
In TCPCLIENT mode, after the module is powered on, it will actively connect to the TCP SERVER. After the connection is established, two-way transparent transmission of network data and RS232 serial port data can be realized. The TCP client application model is as follows, which is suitable for field data collection and upload server mode.
TCP SERVER mode
In TCP SERVER mode, after the module is powered on, it will monitor whether there is a client request to connect to the local port. After the connection is established, the bidirectional transparent transmission of network data and RS232 serial port data can be realized.
UDP CLIENT mode
In UDPCLIENT mode, after a module is powered on, the data destined for the local port (from the destination IP address and port) is transparently forwarded to the RS232 serial port of the module. Similarly, the data destined for the serial port of the module is also forwarded to the specified destination IP address and port through UDP.
UDP SERVER mode
In UDPSERVER mode, all data sent to the local IP address and port is received and forwarded to the RS232 serial port. Data sent to the module serial port is also forwarded by UDP to the UDP IP address and port with which it communicates.
WCH network RS485 serial port transparent transmission module (WCH NST41), through the network to RS485 serial port, can realize the two-way transparent transmission of network data and serial port data, with TCP CLIENT, TCP SERVER, UDP SERVER, UDP CLIENT four modes of operation. Serial port baud rate can support up to 921600bps, can be easily configured through PC software, convenient and fast.
