2. If the board you are using is relatively HARD(hardwood and some high-density artificial boards), such as basswood, mahogany, black walnut, core board, plywood, etc., then after cutting, you need to SOFTEN it with a softener first, put the wood in a heating box and HEAT it. The temperature is generally 150°C-200°C. The heating time varies depending on the type and thickness of the wood before you can perform the bending operation.
