How to Choose
There are many buildplates on the market, suck as PEI, PET, PEY, H1H, ect.
Firstly, those build plates can bring some novel patterns to the surface of 3D models, but only the side in contact with the build plate has patterns, which is not very practical.
Secondly, their surfaces are mostly covered with film, and the adhesion is not as good as that of textured PEI, which can easily cause the first layer of printing to fail.
Finally, the life is shorter, because the film is not scratch-resistant, and it may peel off or be damaged after a few uses.
"Fix-all" Solution
Textured PEI buildplate is essentially the "fix-all" solution for bed adhesion when used properly.
Bendable Buildplate
Compared to traditional hotbed and glass build plates, PEI buildplate is bendable, easy to remove models, and has no damage.
AUTION: Please operate after the buildplate has cooled down.
