Type: Vacuum Suction Pen
Attach the appropriate IC suction head to the suction pen.
Position the suction head onto the IC.
Press the suction pen to expel air from the vacuum unit, then release to create suction and pick up the IC.
Place the IC in the desired location, press the button to release air, allowing the IC to drop off the suction head.
Includes 3 suction heads: large (40g), medium (18g), and small (3g).
Note
When removing BGA, always use the vacuum pen—do not use tweezers directly, to avoid damaging the solder.
